Ingredients
- 8 tbsp Chef Myron’s® Ponzu Sauce
- 3 cup sprouted mung beans
- 2 cup mixed garden greens
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/4 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
Directions
- Toss together sprouted beans, garden greens, carrots and shiitake mushrooms.
- Add Chef Myron’s® Ponzu Sauce to taste.
- Serve.
