  • 8 tbsp Chef Myron’s® Ponzu Sauce
  • 3 cup sprouted mung beans
  • 2 cup mixed garden greens
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/4 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced


  1. Toss together sprouted beans, garden greens, carrots and shiitake mushrooms.
  2. Add Chef Myron’s® Ponzu Sauce to taste.
  3. Serve.
