Louisiana® Sweet Heat Hot Sauce,
Chef Myron’s® Premium Shoyu,
Chef Myron’s® Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Louisiana® Sweet Heat Hot Sauce
- 2 tsp Chef Myron’s® Shoyu
- 1/2 tsp Chef Myron’s® Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 tsp sesame seed oil
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
Whisk all ingredients together until well incorporated with a nice, creamy texture. Serve.

After graduating from the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute, Chef Nick worked as a line cook, caterer, head restaurant chef and eventually found his passion as an R&D chef. And he did so all over the place, from New York to St. Thomas to his home state of Louisiana.
