  • 1 pouch Summit Hill Foods Vanilla Crème Brûlée Dessert Mix
  • 4 qt. heavy cream
  • 2 qt. milk
  • 4 oz salted caramel sauce
  • Sugar, enough for desired brulee crust, approximately ⅛ cup or less per ramekin
  • Quick Salted Caramel Sauce Topping
  • 1/2 cup caramel topping
  • 3/4 tsp Kosher salt


  1. Mix the first three ingredients.
  2. Bring to a boil while stirring occasionally.  Needs to reach 185°F.
  3. Divide into ramekins.
  4. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
  5. Once ready to serve, retrieve ramekins from the refrigerator.
  6. To brûlée, sprinkle with thin sugar and use a torch to caramelize.
  7. Drizzle caramel topping over dessert, and sprinkle with salt.
